Breakfast: Fried beans with shredded cheese on top and corn tortillas with tea to drink
Lunch: Arroz Aguado, a soupy rice and vegetable dish and boiled plantain
Dinner: Rice and Chipotle chicken. (Have I shown this before? Did I mention that it was one of my favorites? because it is. . . chicken with carrots and broccoli in a chipotle like sauce :)
