Project Food: Day 3

Breakfast: rice, corn tortilla and eggs with hot dog cut up and mixed it. It pretty much explains itself. . . and Oatmeal to drink. It took me a little while to get used to drinking something with texture, but I actually like it a lot now. Its oatmeal mixed with water and with sugar added in. It makes a great breakfast juice.
 
 
Lunch: Gallo pinto and cheese. Yum, nothing like rice and beans.

 
Dinner: Rice, shredded chicken in a tomato sauce (called pollo disminusado), and mashed potatoes. With Jamaica Tea. It's a leaf that is boiled (like what you would do with a tea bag) but then served cold. We love it.
