Project Food: Day 7

Breakfast: Pancakes! A good old American dish :) We buy a mix that only needs to add water and they are actually quite tasty! Its especially helpful when you are cooking for large quantities, you can adjust the servings as you need to. Then to drink. . . Oatmeal!
 
 
Lunch: Rice with Masa guiso. Now, you might be asking. . . what is that??? Good question, I can't really tell you. Its like a gravy sauce type of thing that they make quite often down here. This one is made of corn flour and has some veggies in it and I think it has some chicken consume flavoring too. And tea to drink (I think this day was Tang peach tea :) delicious!) 

 
Dinner: Chinese rice with bread and fresh mango juice. The Chinese rice has shredded chicken in it.
